Baked eggs or at times called shirred eggs are extremely easy to do. Plus they also look good. While mostrecipe baked eggs require cheese, butter and cream, this recipe does not need any of those. In fact, it is dairy-free. Just use some soy milk, dairy-free cream cheese, tomatoes, ham, spinach and chives and you are good to go. You can also use your choice of herbs and veggies. Put all those in a baking pan and bake for a few minutes.
