Glute Kickback- Have you seen Pitch Perfect? Remember when Blondie hears the good news about the team getting past Sectionals? Well this is the exercise she was doing to celebrate! Simply get on your hands and knees with your knees bent at a 90 degree angle, lift your left leg up all the way and straighten it, squeeze your left glute while doing this to get extra work, and then return back to normal. Repeat with the opposite leg, or do one leg for however many reps you’d like and can do! Its a great workout and no equipment is required!
